PDF Blender 1.1

PDF Blender is a free cross platform PDF merging tool that utilizes Ghostscript. It also features adding document security (encryption). Preferences are saved to the current working directory under the filename pdfblender.ini. If you would like multiple users on a machine to have different PDFBlender profiles, create unique shortcuts to PDF blender with the startup path to a folder in the users documents and settings folder.
